Personal Information:

Adamu Kasimu is the Principal Partner of the Firm Adamu Kasimu & Associates, Estate Surveyors, Valuers and Resettlement Consultants wih its head office at Suite B26, Landmark Plaza, Maitama, Abuja, Nigeria.

He is a Fellow of the Nigerian Institution of Estate Surveyors and Valuers, Fellow, Certified Institute of Auctioneers and Member International Right of Way Association (IRWA Chapter 84) registered with the Estate Surveyors and Valuers Registration Board of Nigeria and the Financial Reporting Council.

Academic Qualifications:

His academic qualifications include an HND in Estate Management obtained from Kaduna Polytechnic in 1989; Postgraduate Diploma (PGDM) in Business Administration from Nasarawa State University Keffi 2007, and a Master’s of Science Degree in Real Estate from the University College of Estate Management, Reading, United Kingdom 2012.

Working Experiences:

He was an Estate Surveyor and Valuer with Alagbe & Partners, Minna, Niger State 1989 – 1990; A Lecturer with the Federal Polytechnic, Nasarawa, 1990 -1992; Estate Officer in Karu Local Government, Nasarawa State, 1992 – 1993, Director of Works, Land and Survey, Nasarawa State Local Government Service Commission, 1993 – 1997 (Posted to Karu, Toto, Obi, Akwanga, Keffi and Kokona Local Governments); Associate Partner with Ayodele Ibuoye & Associates, Wuse, Abuja 1997 – 2001. Adamu Kasimu & Associates 2001 till date.

    The enumeration and GIS presentation of all landed properties within Asokoro District, Wuse II District of Abuja for Abuja Geographic Information Service (AGIS) 2007-2009.

    Community Consultation and Site Scoping including identification of all interests in the Proposed Military (Army)/Selcon Housing Estate, Kugbo, Abuja, Nigeria.

    The acquisition of the 200 hectare Site for the Ihovbor Power Plant, Benin, Edo State, Nigeria, 2012

    The asset inventory and acquisition of the 43km Gas Pipeline Right of Way between Esit Eket – Oron, Akwa Ibom State, Nigeria for ERM (London).

    Acquisition of the 22km Usung – Creek Town (Odukpani Power Plant) Gas pipeline Right of Way for Septa Energy Nigeria Limited, 2014.

    Asset Inventory and Valuation for TDL of 60Km Transmission Company of Nigeria 330 KVA RoW between Ibeano and Ikot Abasi, Akwa Ibom State, Nigeria.

    Asset Inventory and Valuation of Assets on 998 hectares proposed site for Benin Industrial Park (BIP) project along Sapele Road, Benin City, Nigeria 2018.
